In order to get your hotel API connected via channel manager, we’ll need to to complete the excel doc below. Here are further instructions for completing this correctly:
- Room name - Name of your room. We kindly ask you to keep it as short and informational as possible (For example Double Room, Twin Room, Suite, Queen room. Special characters are not supported!). Be reminded that all room types have to fit 2 people.
- Room code - A code that matches with the room name. Please use Capital letters only and maximum 5 letters (Special characters and spaces are not supported!)
If you don't have any room codes we will select this for you.
Example of room codes we normally use:
DBL - Double Room
TWIN - Twin Room
SUI - Suite
QUEEN - Queen Room
- Rate code - We prefer that this is in capital letters only and maximum 5 letters (Special characters and spaces are not supported!)
Example of rate codes we normally use:
NR - Non Refundable
BAR - Best available rate
RACK - Rack rate
ADV - Advanced purchase rate
LM - Last minute
HT - HotelTonight (If you have a rate code you want to map to HotelTonight only)
We recommend a maximum of 15 rate plans per hotel. Please remember that we are a non-refundable channel, only 1 type of meal plan is supported (Either Breakfast included or Breakfast excluded), and each room type must fit a minimum of 2 guests.
Once the excel doc is complete, please send this to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will confirm once the mapping is complete on our side.
