Rates Look Incorrect

There are a variety of reasons your sell rate on HotelTonight may differ from the rate shown in HT Extranet:

• HT offers a number of promotions that you can opt in to offer guests. To see which promotions you’ve enabled for your property, click on the Promotions tab in HT Extranet. To see whether a promotion has been applied to a particular booking, head to the Bookings tab, select your booking and confirm the Deal Type.
• If your property is API-connected, please contact your channel manager support for net rate mapping questions.
• As you may know, in addition to partnering directly with hotel suppliers, HotelTonight is part of various third-party affiliate networks which provide inventory at certain properties for distribution through our site. Rates for third-party inventory are provided by those affiliate partners. For any questions about the listing of these rooms on HotelTonight, please contact those affiliate partners directly.
